Asmat Shamugia, an associate professor at the Faculty of Business, Law and Social Sciences of the New Higher Education Institute-NEWUNI, is the winner of the program “Support for Abkhazian Scientists” of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Autonomous Republic of Abkhazia. The goal of the program is to support scientists displaced from Abkhazia and promote their involvement in scientific research. It was within the framework of one of the program’s directions – “Publication of Scientific Literature/Research” – that the publication of the lecture course “Human Resource Management” was funded. We congratulate Asmat Shamugia on her success and wish her further progress.
